The Restaurant
A concise menu of homemade healthy dishes for carnivores, vegetarians and vegans. It will be renewed at the rhythm of the seasons, with a particular attention to sublimate simple products often organic but necessarily local.
In our approach, we realized that the terms "local" and "short-circuit" incorporate the same values as the terms "organic" and "healthy". This intelligent alloy is the heart of our concept.
We also offer a refined tapas menu to enhance our daily Happy Hours from 5pm to 8pm.
During his travels through the commonwealth countries Maxime, our chef was imbued with British culinary culture. The result is a Brunch menu on Saturdays and Sundays from 11am to 3pm.
